📅 Booking All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and video call link after booking. If you're unsure which service to choose, feel free to email us before booking. ⏳ Session Duration Initial Consultation: 40 minutes Follow-Up Session: 30 minutes Please ensure you join the call on time. Sessions cannot be extended if you arrive late. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full. Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable. We understand that life happens — if you need to cancel due to an emergency, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 💳 Payment Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online system. Package bookings must be paid in full before your first session. 🌐 Technical Requirements All sessions are conducted via secure video call (Zoom or browser-based). Please ensure you have: A stable internet connection Enough space to move around comfortably Clothing that allows us to observe relevant movements (e.g., shorts, vest) 📁 After Your Session You will receive a personalised digital rehab plan via email within 24 hours. You are welcome to email us with questions between sessions (Mon–Fri). 🛡️ Health & Safety Online consultations are suitable for most musculoskeletal issues, but we may advise you to seek in-person care if necessary. All physiotherapists are HCPC-registered and fully insured to provide remote care.
