How many sessions do I need?

Recovery isn’t always linear — and there’s no “magic number” of sessions that fits everyone. Your physiotherapy plan will depend on your condition, goals, lifestyle, and how your body responds to treatment.

Here’s a general breakdown:

Initial Phase (Supervised Sessions): We start with regular sessions focused on assessment, symptom relief, and building the right foundations for your recovery.

Mid Phase (Independent Rehab): As your confidence and ability improve, sessions become less frequent. You’ll continue progressing with a tailored rehab plan, and we’re here to guide, adjust, and support as needed.

Later Phase (Return to Normal Activity): Our aim is to help you get back to the activities you care about. At this point, reviews become occasional — just to ensure things are on track.

Occasional Reviews (If Needed): Even after discharge, you’re welcome to check in with us for peace of mind, advice, or guidance if anything changes.
